We often talk about finding our purpose, but our purpose can’t be found; it can only be discovered. It is within us, and that’s good news because it means the tools to discover it also lie within us. Our purpose is fluid, unlike our typical assumption that it is one thing that stays the same forever. Yes, we can have more than one purpose.

Our Soul, The Keeper of Truths
Our soul encodes the necessary tools. It allows us to evolve and be grounded at the same time. However, we often live disconnected from this innate connection and uninspiredly search for things that are already within us. We are the answers that we seek. Equipped with our intuition, our instincts, and our desires, we have all the advantages one could need to live life.
Our Intuitions
Our intuition is our guide map. It knows the plan of our soul and the content of our soul contract. To know the plan, we must establish a relationship with our intuition. The expression of it varies from person to person, but the bond is built on trust. Yes, this means that we need to trust ourselves. For trust to take root, we need to listen, to hold space, and to believe in ourselves. We need to trust that our intuition has our best interests at heart. Yes, I am saying you need to trust that you have your best interests at heart, because your intuition is only one expression of you. If you do not trust yourself, then you will lack trust in your intuition.
Our Instincts
Our instinct is our survival map. Our experiences in this life and others shape our instincts. And sometimes, it is also shaped by the experience of those who came before us, our ancestors. It is a caution bell, and one that aims to keep us alive at all costs; maybe less than our ego, but still an active protector. Do we always have to listen to our instincts? I will say no but do this sparely. When the caution bell rings, we must stop and examine the highlighted issues. By working on these highlighted issues, you ensure that your future path will have fewer obstacles and more growth. Be sure to take a closer look.
Our Desires
Our desire is one which many of us mistrust. However, it is the expression of our soul, hence we need to trust it too. Our desires teach us one great lesson, and that is fluidity. It allows change in our midst because change is the one true constant, and we, humans, are the embodiment of change. But we often restrict ourselves because of fear. We are afraid of the changes and the places they will take us. We are afraid of the person we will become. So, we avoid our desires or downplay their impact because, in truth, we are afraid of ourselves and our true potential.
We Are The Answers That We Seek
But what will happen if we allow ourselves to lean on these three innate tools? We will discover ourselves and our purposes. Our purposes are right here in us, waiting for us to stop trying. They are waiting for us to flow. For once we flow, we will see and feel in alignment.
